Steripen Journey
The Journey is our top of the line SteriPEN for purifying water in the outdoors. With its easy to read LCD screen, the Journey takes all the guesswork out of water purification process, giving you the information you need in the blink of an eye.
Using universal symbols, Journey's LCD screen displays your choice of how much water you want to purify (1/2 or 1 liter), battery status and a countdown timer to tell you when the process is complete and your water is safe to drink. The screen also tracks the number of uses and signals when lamp usage approaches its life limit.
At 8,000 doses, lamp life for the Journey will allow you to purify water for a long time to come. If you purified four liters of water each and every day, your Journey would last almost six years!
The Journey is light, weighing in at just 4.5 ounces (128 grams). And like all SteriPEN models, it's fast. It takes just 48 seconds to purify 16 ounces (0.5 Liter).

Steripen Adventurer

But just because it's smaller, there is no trade off for speed, power or effectiveness here. The Adventurer purifies a half-liter of water in 48 seconds, just like the bigger models – but in a smaller, lighter device. With its optional solar charging case, the Adventurer will give you the freedom to go way off the grid with a nearly limitless ability to purify water in a product that's so light and compact, you'll hardly know you're carrying it.

Journey Safe Water System
The Journey Safe Water System combines the Journey LCD water purifier with the versatile SteriPEN FitsAll Filter and BPA-Free 1L Nalgene® bottle. Journey's ultraviolet light destroys viruses, bacteria and protozoa in 0.5L (16oz.) of water in 48 seconds or 1L (32oz.) in 90 seconds. The LCD displays treatment time, battery status and usage of the 8,000 dose UV lamp. The FitsAll Filter removes debris and particulates, also working as an adapter, allowing the Journey to mate with the Nalgene bottle.
The Journey Safe Water System also comes with a customized neoprene carrying case and 2 disposable CR123 batteries.
Adventurer Opti with Solar Charging Case
Enjoy all the features of Adventurer Opti plus complete freedom on or off the grid. Solar charging clamshell case pulls double duty, recharging the included double-cell rechargeable CR123 lithium battery and providing handy, secure storage for the purifier
Simply clip the charging case onto a backpack or set it on the ground and aim it towards the sun to recharge the double-cell battery; empty charging case weighs 6.8 oz.
Solar panel recharges 1 double-cell battery in 2 - 5 days, depending on solar conditions; battery can be recharged via the included plug-in power adapter in 4 - 6 hrs.

The new optical sensor doubles as a convenient LED flashlight. It's a great backup light when camping or taking a night-time walk to refill your water bottle. The Flashlight mode is activated by pressing and holding the single button down for 3 seconds. The clear lamp cover focuses the LED light.
The AdventurerOpti retail package includes 2 non-rechargeable (disposable) CR123 batteries and a neoprene case with belt loop. Device works with containers with minimum 1.75 in. diameter opening (ie Nalgene wide-mouth bottles).
Classic with Prefilter
For those who already own a wide-mouth water bottle, SteriPEN offers the Classic with Pre-Filter Pack. Like the Safe Water System Pack (but without the bottle), the Classic with Pre-Filter pack is all that is needed when camping, hiking, backpacking or traveling. FitsAll FilterRemoving particulates before you purify your water with SteriPEN's UV technology is highly recommended and makes for a much more pleasurable drinking experience.
The SteriPEN FitsAll Filter effectively removes particulates from water with the use of a durable 40x40 micron screen. Its unique design, featuring the filter cup and funnel fit, offers flexibility to filter water into bottles with a wide range of mouth sizes, including narrow-mouth bottles such as commercial water bottles, soft-drink bottles, canteens and SIGG™ bottles. On wider-mouth bottles, such as Klean Kanteen®, Gatorade® and Nalgene® bottles, only the cup is necessary.
Water can be poured through the FitsAll Filter or you can submerge the combined FitsAll Filter and bottle of choice. The FitsAll Filter cup also serves as an adapter that allows the SteriPEN Journey or Classic to be used with these wide-mouth water bottles in the inverted position.
Weighing only 65 g (2.3 oz.), the FitsAll Filter is made with rugged, flexible materials that allow the filter to be squeezed during storage and return to shape when unpacked. Nested storage dimensions are 88mm (3.5 in.) x 95mm (3.7 in.) x 72mm (2.8 in.).
Pre-Filter
When clear water is not available, use the Water Bottle Pre-Filter by SteriPEN. The Pre-Filter filters out particulates and debris. Fits on Nalgene® and wide-mouth water bottles.
Filter CartridgeSteriPEN® Replacement Cartridge (SP-RC) is designed for the Water Bottle Pre-Filter and FitsAll Filter. It filters out particulates using a 40X40 micron size nylon mesh filter.
